Corporate Governance

AEA is committed to the maintenance of effective, high standard corporate governance. 

The Board is accountable to the Company's shareholders for good corporate governance, and it includes in its Annual Report and Accounts a comprehensive statement describing how the principles identified in the Combined Code are applied by the Company.

The Board leads and maintains effective control over the Company's activities, with executive responsibility for the running of the Company's business delegated to the Chief Executive Officer.
